Nokia N900: Image, Connectivity and Fun

When I read the spec sheets of the new Nokia N900, I do not understand a thing about all the gibberish written in them. But actually using it allows me to tell you what it is and what it does from the mouth of a consumer or user and not from the technical people of Nokia.
Well then, all I can say is that the N900 is all about image, connectivity and fun.

This rectangular piece actually looks boxy and patently Nokia. However, the resistive touch screen is a sight to behold. Touch screens always never fail to awe onlookers even now that the novelty is almost gone. The size, not too small and certainly not too big, also gives an impression of a technological powerhouse and possessing such device certainly makes heads turn, techie or not.
And more importantly, it is Nokia. With the brand stamped on its face, it sure gives the message that you should be special to deserve such a device from a brand that is known for high-quality and state of the art smart phones and mobile phones.

The spec sheet says that the N900 has great connectivity tools that ensure an always-online mode. But beyond these technical aspects, it pays to be able to access the internet easily for messaging, social networking and information gathering purposes. And the N900 does just that. It also offers one of a kind browsing experience with its Mozilla – powered browser that is capable of displaying websites in full view. It is like you are doing it with your desktop computer. Certainly, the N900 is an amalgamation of a mobile phone and the computer, making this thing a mini-computer actually.
